We suffered for 3 years under that regime. After that, he learned his lesson, and had a search committee look for the replacement coach. Smart management move, spread the blame if the hire did not work out. I’m glad you asked the question. The non-answer says it all.

I like Hugh but remember who he picks for head coach.? I’ll give you a minute but he had a”perfect ” season and it is not Jones. That was hard on the whole program and still makes fans so sceptical .
