Simply put, cost of land is and will always be prohibitive. Aloha should have gone hi-rise prkg a long time ago to help attendance and build stuff around it. Also, If attendance was ok they would be talking about preserving Aloha. Before Aloha gets inundated with salt water we will all be maki, die , dead. Also can ask UH geologists what lies ahead for the area- part of due diligence.

Hizzoner thinks the most important ting about the parking lot is that it will be under water due to global warming so he is not going to give up a dime to make it.

If you can clear that hurdle, Top Gov thinks if there is a parking lot, the attendants should be paid $25 per hour so the parking rates will be astronomical.
