Norm chow has about 3 or 4 players he recruited in the NFL. Too bad he couldn’t recruit a qb that good.

I was perusing his college stats, and some things are a bit alarming: he played a total of 248 minutes or over a season, the equivalent of about 6 games, but spread over a season. And his personal fouls and turnovers were fairly high, given his spot play: over 40 personal fouls and close to 20 turnovers. Now, remember he only started one game on the JC level—- maybe football is his game.

Gov. David Ige appointed three new members of the University of Hawaii Board of Regents today, including Kamehameha Schools’ executive Alapaki Nahale-a and former Kauai Fire Chief Robert Frank Westerman.

The third new member of the university’s governing board is Kelli K.K. Acopan, a student regent, who is pursuing her master’s degree in history at UH-Manoa. She served as president of the Associated Students of the University of Hawaii at Windward Community College.

The appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.

If Chance em got some speed, big threat! short yardage-big threat. Lots of possibilities for tackle eligible-situational TE short yardage, even slot, OL, DL. Sounds good. Question is does he have good hands? Should have decent hands to play hoops. We’ll see.
