OHANA HAWAII why would you want UH to a FCS division? If they do that do you know that scholarships will be less. UH would still have to pay other teams traveling costs. So what is the benefits of dropping division? If UH did that college football in Hawaii is gone. You think the low attendance is a problem now try wait, you probably can play a game at Ching Field.

It is far better than how it was the past 4 years. At least Hawaii now has an offense that can score and compete. If the defense improves, Hawaii will be winning on a regular basis again.

In all your other post you were optimistic of the new change at UH with the coach and the new QB in DB. They lose a close game at home to UNLV. And what is your suggestion? Move to the FCS?

Reading your post was always a challenge. But, at least it showed optimism regarding the new changes to the team.

Hawaii football will be fine with Rolo and company.

#1. What do you think attendance is at most of the MWC school football games? I think we are fifth or sixth in average paid attendance among the 12 teams playing football. We’re certainly above the average … San Diego and Boise are the highest … while Fresno and Hawaii are far below their normal average when we are playing competitive ball. We’re at about 26,000 average in “paid” attendance this season while San Jose is at 15,000 and Las Vegas is at 17,000. Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming and Utah State are all averaging near 21,000. See weekly MWC stats for latest info.

Just a note … this is “paid” attendance and not “turnstile” attendance … but “paid” is the attendance number that counts for revenues.

Heck! Where did this game play at? I thought it was a Sam’s Boyd Stadium! Because this is how much fans goes to the games at UNLV! . BOY! The University of Hawaii football program really seriously should thinking of moving to the FCS! Enter the MVFC or the Big Sky!. Because the people of don’t really seriously care about the football team!. Why should the football team come out every games with 100%. With all you peoples don’t care to showing up!. That is why that the team was really seriously shock! When playing in Michigan Stadium!. Because it will never happen to them in Aloha Stadium in the future! Because 100% of them don’t care! Whatever happened to the program! University of Hawaii should drop all of their sports program. Then only concentrate on just being a University! That will help save money for the school.

I don’t blame the University of Hawaii football program! It’s should be the fans to be blame for it!. It’s was really seriously show how much their really don’t of the football program. You have to think of the team coming out to the field to see that much fans in the Aloha Stadium seats. Because it’s not like Sam’s Boyd Stadium in Vegas and other Stadiums in the Conference!. You gotta remember that Aloha Stadium is one of the biggest Stadium in the Mountain West! So show it to the people in the conference that!

From last night game. University of Hawaii football program should get out of Mountain West and the FBS. They should go into the FCS conference like MVFC or Big Sky. It might help the University of Hawaii really! Because that only the team it’s the attendances to the games! Peoples in Hawaii showing up to the games. Is the same like a FCS teams or all Universities!. You should check out that on the sheet of paper?. Or remodeled the Aloha Stadium to a 40,000 seating. It’s better to play their games in Maui at War Memorial Stadium.
