Hope he doesn’t take it too badly. I luv it
when players jump over other players. I
guess you just can’t touch them…

I wanted to see Sky Williams play, but she has been regulated to the bench since she played in the first few games — remember her name mentioned as having excellent games when we were on the East Coast in late August.

UH and Long Beach State do not have the “hammers” like they did in the 80’s and Misty May used to kill us

hope coaches are not bent on hell to play “upper class” over someone who has much to offer in 2018

each time I watch other schools play, there are true frosh or RS frosh who are starting over the ‘older’ players — perhaps they are an exception — remember the true frosh at Utah State who displaced a Hawaii player who came back to UH? — forgot his name, but he was good

for whatever reason, and this is my opinion only, UH like the 49ers do not recruit black QBs and there are talented ones out there — back in the days, UH had very good black QBs

Some teams in the conference have less than that with a few that report only 4. As the recruiting carousel turns I would imagine that by the early signing date things will ramp up to at least a dozen or so. The early signing date is an option all will not exercise. I am sure we are still lining up a bunch of visits.

Only 8 now. Letter of Intent early signing is Dec. 17. You talk about how many offers UH have made, over 80, maybe more by now. The majority of teams will surely have their commitments locked up early and the majority of the best players will sign early. If you get players signed in February you will get some good players, but many recruits signed late will be reaches or lower rated players, at best 2 star players or not rated at all. The last 4 star player we got is probably Ulu-Perry and he’s a transfer from UCLA.

Today’s article said that UH received the penalty of 15 yds leading to UNLV’s onside kick because a UH player vaulted a teammate to try to block a point-after kick. Nick is waiting for an interpretation from the MW office. I think that was the one that radio announcer Bobby said the official called the penalty for “leverage” .
Rolovich said he should have called for timeout on that kickoff, in hindsight.
Trifonovitch kicked good, hope he continues like that. Last year, Rigo had only one time he kicked 3 FG’s in one game.
