So A-House, you have the honor of compiling the predictions for the next game.

There is no Rigoberto Sanchez highlight package on YouTube.

Thanks.

When Green was with the Packers, it seemed as if every run was for one or two yards.

I remember a Packers fan online explaining to me that his greatest value was as a pass protector.

1) Penalties – especially by upperclassmen (the transfer from Alabama and D Allen need to get their attitudes in check)
2) Split play calling – having a running and passing play caller makes little sense. There is clearly a drive to equally distribute calls and that has caused issues. Whoever called from the backup QB to run an option play on 3rd and 7 needs to find a new position. My mother (65 yrs old) said “why they going run the option now and that’s exactly what they did. If moms knows its coming, that D does too. It is even worse bc Dru was heating up and MCD is coming on cold from the bench. Shows little game awareness in our play-calling and reminds me of the double bone head move UH made by going for it on 4th and 25+ against UCLA.
3) Bad tackling – the lack of containment on D is obvious and there were tons of missed tackles again. That kick return play was a good example – at least 3 players came fast towards the runner and one ran pass him, but if any of the 3 broke down, contained the TD wouldn’t happen. Too much diving, lunging and bad tackling fundamentals.
4) Lack of WR route options – the WRs run routes without variation and with little top end speed are never open, the opposite of the run-n-shoot. The WRs also run very short routes ala Chowball.

I was at the game and have watched the tape once. Lots of contributing factors but Hawaii was definitely the better team. About 3 good runs totally accounted for WYO offense period. Every unit has things to address. I totally understand why certain things are called and the end result is not always desired outcome-that’s football
