It’s great stuff for coach Beeman and company. Considering that the Salanoa sisters will be the last of the 2015-16 roster that made it to the NCAA, this would now mean Beeman would have to start over with a new slate after the 2018-19. Interestingly, enough…Savannah Reier, a 5’7″ junior (Soon to be senior, should she stay in the 2019-20 season) and Kanoa look like they’re going for the PG position for the 2018-19 season, and after Kanoa leaves, it’ll leave Reier and Calhoun to try and vie for that spot. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but in the very least, I’m hoping this’ll get Beeman back to the post-season spot because with the way that Beeman is recruiting, I’m hoping the height they picked up will translate enough to get paced scorers and possibly get this program back to its winning ways.
