Independent, Rod gave it a go in Europe and in the D-League for a couple seasons but didn’t stick. Last I heard he was back home in Texas.

I think it settled a lot of things and being there a fan gets to see the stuff before and after games and sometimes those are the things that say much about a players character. Julian is also one of the guys who is not selfish about giving up much of his game to help younger players develop their own even if at the cost of a win. He absolutely understands the meaning and purpose of the league. Here’s hoping some of the UH guys return next year. Harper should have stayed and played if he had no other avenue. See you Saturday.

Negus, Spearman, Shamburger, Valdes, Jovanovich, were some MBB athletes that stood out. In fact all the UH guys were very competitive, even against each other, which is good.

Two guys who impressed , Q Smith and Michael Harper, playing well to help CMC get to final. Hope Q is okay, looked like he aggravated his toe injury!

Aaron Valdes, looks in fantastic shape, and his offense and defense, can really help team, he just has to as, well as all the new guys, get in system with UH team, and this year, UH could have very good year! Look forward to it! All of the diehard UH MBB fans, who stick with team, through thick and thin are excited for this 2013-14 season and beyond!
