#3, I believe Nash was 100% clean. That man has class, maybe not a good head coach, but a man who gave his all to UH basketball program. Not a bad word out of him even after his release and no showboating like Benji Taylor who, in my humble opinion, has a slickness about him that’s disconcerting.

Off topic, but I have a question on the recent NCAA BB Tourn. Does anyone out there know if the BWC gets some money from the NCAA from the proceeds of the tournament? And if the BWC does receive some money, does UH get a share of the cash? Thanks.

Nash may have met 5 of 6 standards but missed badly on the most important one, wIns.

Interesting that UH is facing possible NCAA sanctions but attendance was up again this year, due to more wins and excitement on the court. As fans, are we willing to run a semi clean program in order to have more wins? Btw, I personally believe that no program is 100% clean

Ahhh, you start to wonder if UH now thinks it blundered letting Nash go? He had everything going except the Wins:

“During the press conference, Donovan said he asks his coaches to do six things — focus on the academics, comply with NCAA and state regulations, interact with community with public relations focus and help fund raise, recruit players with good character, be part of the UH team,and (have a good) won-lost record.
Donovan said Nash met five of the six standards, except the won-lost record,
“That’s the only category that hasn’t met our standards.””

You know there are “standards”, the basics that comes with the hc job.
