Heck coach, teach your players how to finish, it’s not how hard the shot is, it’s where the goalie isn’t & in the net. You must know that the toughest shot for a goalie to get to are those on the ground? Not as flashy as the highnnet blaster type but it’s a goal; thus you minimize crossbar bangers. Hey on shooting drills, put large orange cones 1 foot from the back posts, help to create accuracy & less post bangers.
