I feel bad for Jawato. However, he has to consider post UH career too. Don’t want to cause other injuries, playing this year on bum ankle. Medical redshirt he could petition for. How he can play uptempo D, stop the 3, penetration and also have his shot going along with attacking the rim? Brandon, B Jawato, take care, however, medical waiver, might be way to, go, UH has a lot of 2 guards.

CSLeague ought to keep running stats…

i think Dressler was more effective last year because of teammate Julian Sensleyʻs encouragement.

Seems Jawato needs to get serious about strengthening and building up resistance to injuries…

IF Michael Thomas can get coached up and speed up his developmental progress a laʻ Aaron Valdes, the three spot could become a strength…year after, NWChan may blow that out — Huge Three Tandem….

Hackman interesting walkon. Having that AAU run and going overseas to Germany, he is probably a mature 19 yr old. Would welcome his 3 pt shooting, rebounding and hustle. Could solidify that 3 spot with AV.

Wonder how Davis, and Christian, have improved over summer. Heck if they are both stronger, and will just beast it on the court, bodes well for UH MBB.

Can’t wait for your update and report on these 3 incoming athletes to fall semester at UH and in the beautiful state of Hawaii!

Mahalo again Brian!

AV seems promising for a frosh. Think Gib will stick around for another season with this bunch. The goal is probably a 20-win season, but think more of a 22, 23 mark to get into tournament play. It’s about time, this time, this season. Poke bowl for Fotu, eh? Like how Frank D. says it, just call 422, tutu, tutu, for every win the team gets this season.

Pretty much consensus, Negus is a player, has to wait his turn. Quincy, shows great quickness and hops. Nevels, is a scorer. Keith Shamburger, will be a good leader and PG. Spearman, tough dude at 2 guard, leader. Enos, the young guy can shoot the rock, I agree, his number might be called this year!

Aaron Valdes, what a great improvement in game and overall physical maturity. Correct, if AV can bring that athletic game and scoring to 3 spot during season. UH will be tough in BWC.

Stefan Jovanovich, I like his game Brian, has some good post moves, and overall talent and smarts as a Big man, I hope he does play this year, he can block shots, and chase down rebounds.

Dressler, I think will be alright, he is an in system guy. Fish will work with him.
Overall, UH has more guards, athletic, can score, and quicker, Fotu and Standhardinger will be beasts in the BWC. Should be good season, if old and new guys play as one!

Thanks for all of your updates and reviews Brian!
