don’t know. USAV said they were waiting on some things before they announce the final roster. one thing hinges on whether DeFalco stays with senior team for World League. if he does then that opens an OH spot where Matautia is one of the possibilities.
So, Kalei Greely’s twin brothers are coming to UH for football, one on scholarship the other a preferred walk on. Both played HS volleyball & seemingly did well. One of the brothers says he’d maybe even try volleyball. Interesting…

Watching the team practice for their exhibition against Brazil, I see both Austin and Gage along with Rosenmeier and Gasman.
Congrats to all four for making the final roster besides Gage any idea who else started?
All 4 UH players started the last 2 sets in a match that went 4. It was an all UH serve receive in those sets. USA won the first 3 sets before losing in the final set.

IF DeFalco stays with the World League team, Matautia will stay with the junior national team. If DeFalco moves down to junior team, Matautia is out.
