Men’s volleyball: Russia defeats U.S. for VNL gold
The U.S. had to settle for silver after fallinog to Russia 25-23, 20-25, 25-21, 25-20. in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League final today in Chicago.
Micah Christenson set the match, Erik Shoji at libero. Micah Ma’a played in Sets 2 and 4. Kawika Shoji did not play.

Josh Taylor is now interim head coach at Missouri as Wayne and Susan Kreklow announce their retirement.

Kind of shocking since it is so close to season but excited for Taylor to take over for now! The Kreklows have been great coaches over the years so it will be sad to see them go
Don’t see Even Lee’s bio on coaching list ? Is she still with WVB program ?
Aven is a overqualified DOO. It’s unfortunate that there is no room for her to coach. The position does not pay enough to live on and if she wants to continue to be the DOO she is probably have to continue to sacrifice.
I think she could become the volunteer coach(which would allow her to coach). She can then find another job and still be involve with the UH program when time allows her to. As a DOO, Aven was not allowed to coach.
