The Warriors added four players to the spring roster:

> Scott Lam, defensive back/receiver, Damien
> Jacob Pitts, offensive lineman, Castle
> Alakai Mashima, safety, Punahou

HONOLULU – University of Hawai’i head football coach Nick Rolovich announced the hiring of Michael Ghobrial as the program’s new special teams coordinator.
Ghobrial comes to Manoa from Tarleton State, where he coached the defensive line and outside linebackers in addition to special teams during the 2016 and ’17 seasons.

Brandi Higa, KITV Sports, announced Michael Ghobrial as new Special Teams Coordinator.

Finally really glad BB team took first one from ISU-hope they sweep! ISU just took 3 of 4 from UW. Got a friend who’s a big ISU backer-don’t want to hear from him! GoWarriors!!!!
new STC has impressive status and many, if not most, must be attributed to he as the coach
but, does UH have the players who can continue to build on his resume? hope so!
brings to mind a special McKinley HS player who ran full speed into the “wedge blockers” on kick-offs
he brought excitement for each UH kick-off
exciting to win is good — exciting to play well and lose is still good! we need excitement!!!!!!!!!!
